Marlowe & Co. needed a fast, on-brand site that could handle live property data without feeling like a bolted-on plugin. I built a custom WordPress theme from scratch and wired it into an IDX feed so listings update automatically, keeping every property page fast and consistent with the rest of the brand. The result is a site that loads in just over two seconds even with live listings pulling in real time.
